How can I reconcile checking account?

Just downloaded Version 5.14.2 for MAC -- Mac Version 10.15.2 -- Cannot reconcile checking account -- When I click on "Reconcile" screen just "blinks" and will not go to the reconcile screen

Hello Ed,
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
I suggest to first fully quit Quicken by going to Quicken>Quit Quicken. Next, go ahead and perform a reboot to your computer.
Once rebooted, re-launch Quicken and attempt to reconcile the account(s) once more.
