Formatting check printing

I used Quicken years ago, but after a decade away I'm using it again. I don't know how to format check for printing, e.g., how to print the memo line in the proper place. There must be simple pulldown menus for this, but I can't find them.

  • Thanks for the helpful information! Back in the day, when people wrote checks more frequently, I used window envelopes—and I remember the occasional problem, e.g., of account numbers, written in the memo line, showing in the window. But since we pay so many bills online these days, I've foregone window envelopes. So I can write the "memo" information at the bottom of that cell in which one would type the payee's address.
