How to edit budget start date

No drop down for changing budget start month

Once you create a budget I don't believe there is a way to edit the start month.  What  you need to do is when you create the budget you have to select "Advanced Budget Settings" and then you can pick a different month (or use a fiscal period if you are using a different calendar).
