Quicken Home and Business error on reports

When writing payroll check the register shows State withholding amount for all employees. When generating a monthly/yearly report, one employee shows no withholdings. This has been a recent event.

    What type of report are you using to generate the monthly/yearly report?
    Is this a saved report which was originally created in an older version of Quicken? Go into the Customize dialog for this report. If it's available, click the Reset Columns button in the Customize dialog, Display tab.
    Does it work now? Remember to save the report, replacing the old saved copy.
