Stock quotes will not update

Quicken 2019 with Windows 8.1updated stocks until Windows problem restored Windows 8.0 and disallowed install of 8.1. Now running under 8.0, Quicken performs at before, except will not update stock quotes. No error message.

Just to clarify - you have the Download Quotes checkmarked on the OSU screen.
And... if you look at a security - and the Edit - Price - there are no current prices ?

While in the Investing Tab, neither Update /Quotes nor Update/ Historical Prices returns any updates. Likewise for Tools/One Step Update with all boxes checked.
Quicken does successfully make updates to the Quicken program, so Quicken to Internet is working.
Thank you for any suggestions.
