Quicken consistently downloading to WRONG investment account

i have multiple accounts at Ch Schwab, one of which is an inherited IRA. Quicken consistently posts all cash transfers to checking *out* of this account, which is incorrect. They should come out of a different Schwab account. The Schwab online record is correct, but error creeps in when transactions are downloaded. :/ I would like to know why this happens, how to fix such errors, and what I can do to prevent them.

Quicken may have a problem determining the destination of a transfer based solely on downloaded information and falls back to something it has memorized in the past.For best results, manually record all transfers between accounts BEFORE you download transactions containing transfer confirmations. That creates a correct transfer pair of transactions within Quicken and you should be able to easily match downloaded information to already existing register entries.Also please review the settings in Edit / Preferences / Transfer detection and see if making changes there may help improve this process.5
