Why does Quicken duplicate transactions entered manually?

I have Quicken Version 5.14.3 (Build 514.31897.100) on my Mac running Catalina.
I can import most of my credit card and bank accounts automatically but onr, Stat Farm Visa, does not allow this so data is entered manually. When I enter a transaction Quicken enters a duplicate transaction and dates it 2 days earlier than the one I entered, why??

I have never seen/heard instances where manually entered transactions get automatically duplicated in this regards.
Some questions:- Does the duplicate appear immediately after entering the first?
- Do you have scheduled transactions of any kind set up for this account so that it is creating a second transaction?
- Do you have transactions in another account that are acting as a transfer so that they appear in this State Farm Visa account?
