Cannot back up to USB - how to change destination

I am trying to backup my Quicken files to a USB. However, when I open Backup, it does not give me the option to backup to a USB or DVD or CD or anything else. Just backs up to computer. It's probably something obvious that I am doing wrong, but I have not been able to resolve it myself. Anyone able to help me with this?

Do you get this Window?
If so, can't you use the left hand pane to browse to the USB Drive?

I am using QUICKEN 2017 for Home and Business. When I click the Change button to the right of the Backup File box, it brings up the list of all my back up files.0
