I have some old Quicken files with extension QDT & QDF; I need to open these files.

Are these the only 2 files you have - QDT and QDF -if so, try opening the QDF file with your current version of Quicken -If you have several files - that's a different story -FYI - All Quicken versions prior to QW2010 store your data in a series of files all sharing the same filename but with different extensions like - .IDX, .QEL, .QPH & .QDF,
All 4 of those files were rolled into a single Quicken .QDF file starting in 2010.
