When I try to import a QFX file download from ADP, I get a message box that says "Quicken is unable to complete your request. [OL-221-A]".

Could you add some specifics to this message?

Is my only option to contact ADP?

    ADP was leaving off the account ID. From the QFX file:
    <INVACCTFROM>
    <ACCTID>
    </INVACCTFROM>
    Tried again the next day and it worked.

    There are several "ADP" entries in the list of authorized banks. Which one are you trying to access? And is this the correct one for your needs?

    Hi UKR,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I am trying to connect to an ADP 401(k) account. There is only one "ADP" entry when I select "401(k) or 403(b)" account type, and that one does not work.

    I am not sure this is the correct one (ADP Retirement Services), but don't know what else it would be.

    Guess I'll call ADP next week and see if they have any ideas.

    PS: Dear Quicken people, it would be much nicer if you gave a human-readable message when something goes wrong.

    Found the menu item Help > Log Files > Connection Log [CONNLOG.TXT]

    Scrolled to the bottom to the most recent entries and found the error message:
    "Not all required fields present. Object: INVACCTFROM missing tag: ACCTID"

    Now have something I can present to ADP.
