Backup not working now

I used to be able to backup my files to an external hard drive. But now when I try to backup I get a message "Files Not Backed Up". How to I fix??

Here's the Quicken suggested process to address the "Files Not Backed Up" error. Bascially you'll need to make a copy of your file and do a "validate & repir routine on that copy. Then you'll need to potentially address whatever error(s) are found. the step by step guidance is here https://www.quicken.com/support/error-backing-data-file-file-not-backed.

Have you checked the amount of room available as Free Space on that particular Hard Drive?
