Backup not working now

I used to be able to backup my files to an external hard drive. But now when I try to backup I get a message "Files Not Backed Up". How to I fix??

Here's the Quicken suggested process to address the "Files Not Backed Up" error. Bascially you'll need to make a copy of your file and do a "validate & repir routine on that copy. Then you'll need to potentially address whatever error(s) are found. the step by step guidance is here

Have you checked the amount of room available as Free Space on that particular Hard Drive?
