I can't remove an online bill , When I click "remove" I get the following screen.

attached is a screenshot of what comes up when I click remove. after I click "remove" in this it does not go away. When I go to "tools>online payee list" it is grayed out.

That seems odd. What's the current status? Did you shut down Quicken and re-open it? If it is still "stuck", you might want to do a One Step Update to see if that clears it.

What version and build of Quicken are you using? Were you connected/online when you tried to remove the biller (or did Quicken attempt to go online after you pushed the "Remove" button?

Version R24.14 Build 27.1.24.14. I was not online as far as I know, Quicken did not appear to go online.
