Jan and Feb budget balances show 0. But the "to date balance" shows -943.67 ?

Can someone please throw me a bone as to why the to date balance shows -943.67 when the two previous months remaining balance is 0? Note my budget for Jan was 943.67, and my budget for February is 933.67. Both months have zero balances.

    This issue resolved itself by deleting and adding the category.
