Has Quicken lost its memory?

In previous versions of Quicken, when you entered a transaction that had previously been entered for a payee, Quicken would show the previous amount entered, but now it doesn't do that any more.
Also, when entering scheduled transactions, the previous versions of Quicken would ask for the number of instances of the scheduled transaction, but not any more.
Are these problems going to be addressed?

- QuickFill not populating tags, memo, and notes based on last entered transaction was supposedly by popular demand with the implantation of memorized payees and QuickFill. This has been a not so popular design decision, so the project manager has noted the ability to return to the older behavior should return in the next major release.
- You still can. Make sure you have the disclosure triangle (circled in red) expanded to show the additional frequency options.
