Investment Thumbnail Error

Is anybody else getting incorrect returns reported for some accounts on the Returns by Account Thumbnail graph on their Home tab? I have one account that is displaying a return of almost 90% on the thumbnail graph but when I drill down into the report, the return is correctly displayed on that graph at 8.32%. I spent over an hour on chat with a guy in support and he tells me it is a data issue (we did a repair on the file and it made no difference). How can it be a data issue if the drill down graph/report is correct?

    Nothing obvious.  Have you customized your view - possibly for date range?  I see it defaults (for me) to "Last 12 months".  Customization by security could also be a factor.  I think we have seen instances where the thumbnail customization did not carry over to the drill down customization.  

    You might try creating another view with that thumbnail and seeing if it reports the same data.
