Unable to access VOYA for Nestle 401k acct

    What version of Quicken..... Help --> About Quicken
    Is this problem while trying to setup the Quicken Account - and it fails - how ?
    OR - is this a problem with downloading via One Step Update ?
    OR - ??
    There are TWO listings for Voya 401k - which one are you using ?

    Instiutional plan services - can't connect to Nestle account - rejects all user names and passwords

    Can you log directly into their online website - and see your account ?
    Is there anything on the VOYA website that you have to "enable" to allow 3rd party external connections and access to your account ?
    Also - answers to the other questions I posted -

    I have a similar problem with VOYA and my company 401(k). I called VOYA (both financial partners and institutional. They were no help at all and acted like they didn't even know what Quicken personal finance software is... Their website gives instructions on how to do it, use your SSNfollowed by @bonton, eg 123456789@bonton and use your regular Voya password. Doesn't work and Voya doesn't seem to care.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
