Quicken doesn't recognize Fidelity Credit Cards.

Quicken doesn't recognize Fidelity Credit Cards. I am using 2020 Home Business quicken for mac. I know this was a previous issue from 2016 and I am wondering if it has been resolved or if there is there a workaround.

@Nat Fidelity is a brokerage firm, NOT a bank.  Thus, Fidelity can not issue credit cards, only a bank can issue credit cards.

What they CAN do is to be "co-branded" on a card issued by a bank ... Elan Financial in this case ... which is why you need to use Elan's name.

My Fidelity Visa downloads transactions fine via Quicken Connect. Use "Elan Financial Services" as the Financial Institution when setting it up for download.

thanks! i had to create log in info from Elan Finacial first. then it worked.
