How do I send rental invoices in Quicken rental application
glasgk
I am attempting to send rental invoices. The program says they were successfully sent, but nothing was. What do I need to do to get the invoices to send?

Hello
@glasgk
,
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
I have done some research on this and found that this is actually a long-standing issue that is caused by the email provider flagging the rent reminder email as spam and therefore blocking it.
A couple of things you can try -- You can send it to a different email address that uses a different provider. AOL and Yahoo are the two primary email providers that we suggest Users avoid using.
You can also check your spam/reported email settings and remove the "spam" mark from Quicken's IP.
If that does not resolve the issue, then you would ultimately need to work with the blocking service/email provider to have Quicken's IP whitelisted.
I hope this helps!
