Unable to print just a single Customer Statement in 2020 Quicken Home & Business

In March 2019, my 2019 Quicken-H&B lost the capability to print the Customer Statement for just "one" Customer. I renewed in 2020 with the subscription version of Home & Business, but the problem still exists. Of the three options available, I still have the ability to print Statements for "All" customers at the same time or using the "Selected" option, to print as many Customer Statements as needed. However, for this "Selected" option, one must de-select all not wanted customers, one at a time. This work-around is very time consuming when you have a large number of customers in the data file. Can anyone tell me how to fix this broken link for the Customer Statements option "One" print ??

I just checked my 2020 HB&R. The "One" selection for printing Customer Statements works fine for me.After clicking the "One" radio button, does the pulldown selection list next to "One" activate and contain any Customer Name entries?
If no, I recommend you do the following and, if that does not resolve the issue, contact Quicken Support.Let's try some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.
