Won’t back up to CD

I backed up my qdata to my cd drive on 2/6/2020 and it worked.
Today I purchased and installed the 2019 program update (previously had 2017), and tried to back it up again.
Got a message it could not back up to this disc, which has only the one previous back up.
Any ideas why and how to fix?
Thanks!!

Before you do any re-installing, can you backup to the local harddrive and then successfully copy the backup file to the CD?If not, then the issue is not in Quicken, since there could have been a Windows update that is causing the issue.-splasher using Q continuously since 1996 - Subscription Quicken - Win11

Hi @jack,
This problem has happened before and sometimes occurs after updates. If this CD backup problem appeared after a recent update, I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install and update.
Here's some guidance to help you: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken.
Good luck!

Hi @Jack ,
Use this procedure: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7844658/installing-reinstalling-windows-quicken-subscription-editions
Do not skip a step.
But have you browsed to the same location after upgrading? I found sometimes I needed to do exactly that for it to work.
