When I sign into Quicken (version R25.10) in windows 10, I get the following message: "connected to online services from Fidelity". I have deleted all accounts related to Fidelity and still get the message.

This is not a sign in problem, what you describe is the Quicken splash screen used at startup. You had a Fidelity account and Quicken used co-branding to personalize the user experience. You can replace the splash page if it bothers you, but you will need to go to the Quicken setup folder to replace the splash.txt image.

Thank you for trying. I uninstalled Quicken and then reinstalled it; it took care of my problem.1
