I had Quicken 2014 Property Management and I just tried to install Quicken 2019 and it doesnt work

It tells me to uninstall Quicken first so when I go to my programs quicken is not there. It still wont let me install

Try follow this procedure to get a clean uninstall, but use the Quicken 2017 procedures because the most important part is to get the "shared folders" out of the way. BTW it says rename them, but I really don't see much use in keeping them around.

After this try your install again.
