CP_account not found and Aggregator_in_error response from citibank

I keep getting cp account not found, if I "fixit" I get I keep getting aggregator_in_error (FI-Timeout:ccscrape 102) from citibank - started happening 2/11. This on a citi credit card. Yet the checking info downloads ok. How do I fix this?

Apparently this error message indicates a problem with the bank - not with Quicken.
However, if the error still persists after following the steps listed in the above thread, please contact Quicken Support so they may look into this further.

Just curious if there was a fix for this; I am having the same issue; no issues logging into my Bank website and they say there isn't an issue. I have tried following those instructions but I keep getting stuck where it is communicating with the bank and get the 102 error.0
