Can't get NCSECU to sync with mobile

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
My desktop Quicken connects with my bank (NCSECU), just fine. I can't get it to sync with mobile and web, so I can use the mobile app. I put in my password, which is correct and works fine for desktop Quicken, and I get a "wrong password" error message. Anyone else having this issue?

    Yes it has cause me to have to reset password at NCSECU because after multiple attempts on mobile app it locked me out.
