In case this hasn't already been posted, here's how I was able to import Apple Card Transactions in Quicken for Mac.
I downloaded an application called OFX2QFX. It's from Propersoft, at www.propersoft.net
You can try it for free (just close the boxes asking for your license) and it will import 10 entries.
There are at least two important settings.
OFX2QFX > you have to pick a company, so make sure you pick one that Allows importting. If you pick Goldman, you'll see it says imports are not allowed.
Quicken For Mac > Make sure you selection the option (when you create the account) to manually download transactions. Don't tie it to a downloadable company.
Both of these settings worked fine for me, on the initial 10 entry test.
