There appears to be a mismatch between your Quicken ID on your computer and the information stored in the Quicken Server.
To resolve the issue, please do this:
Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts
Click the "Sign in as a different user" link immediately above the "Mobile and Web" group.
Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your current (correct) Quicken ID.
