How do I delete a file?

I made several false starts in opening new Quicken files for a different purpose. These small files are confusing when opening old Quicken files, & I'd like to delete the ones in error.

Just delete in using Windows Explorer, just be careful and not delete the wrong ones.
Once deleted, you can get them off of the Recent Files list (File menu) by clicking on them. Since Quicken can't find them, it will offer to remove them from the list.
