FNBONLINE 502 error?

I cannot connect to FNBONLINE since March 1st, getting 502 error? Am trying to link new accounts, not update existing.

To be clear, when you try to download transactions from FNB Online, you receive a CC-502 error, yes? (If you are getting a different error, please post additional details so that we may better assist you.)
