cloud sync crashes

I have two Quicken files. One cloud sync crashes, the other doesn't. New installation and file has been validated.

If you haven't already, I suggest you reset the cloud data set for the data file that crashes when you attempt to sync: https://www.quicken.com/support/troubleshooting-quicken-mobile-companion-app5
