I have two sets of personal files A has 2 bank accounts and B has 1 bank account and 2 investments, which I do manage them through my iPad for daily transactions. Now I got to a point where I want my accountant to hold my A file through a tablet / Web.
By that I have to let him register Quicken with my credentials as for both of us access A file but I want to prevent him from accessing the B file, is that possible?
if this is not possible, what setup should I have in order to get to this option done?

You will need two Quicken subscriptions/usernames so that you can sync them to different "cloud accounts".5
