Disappearing deposits

I had just finished importing transactions, and then made some edits to recurring payments. Suddenly, all my deposits had disappeared, and the running balance in my bank account was a crazy negative amount. I exited Quicken and restarted it, and everything was as it should be.
Thoughts? I'm updated to the most recent version.
