Major Bug in Check Pay set up - birth date year
bill.burt
Major Bug !
Setting up Check Pay calls for users to enter their birthdate as part of bank verification. The date of birth field will not accept birth years prior to 1999. Try it and see. I enter my year of 1948 and it immediately reverts to 2048. Get this fixed!!!

Hello
@bill.burt
Thank you for taking the time to share the details of your experience with the Community.
I'm glad to hear that the issue self-resolved and you were able to set up Bill Manager, however our Teams looked into this matter a little further and were able to confirm it is occurring due to the default Mac OS date picker settings.
We have submitted a ticket to the Mac Team requesting that a solution be created to resolve this matter in a future release and prevent future dated birth years from being entered.
I hope this information is helpful and please let us know if there are any further questions/concerns the community may assist with.
Thank you again,
Sarah

Not familiar with this new feature yet ...
May I ask how you are entering your birth year? As 2-digit number or as 4-digit number?
Without giving away personal information, please attach a screen image snapshot of the screen you're having issues with

Was entering as a 4 digit. Interestingly enough, between the time of my posting and now, the issue is resolved. I'm now waiting for the 2 deposits to appear.
