My Category Summary has not worked for a year. How can I get it fixed?

I have been on hold for 20+ minutes on the phone, and if I try to click on "chat" there is no response on the page, so I am writing to this community. Thank you.

It's not clear what you mean by "has not worked", but the older Category Summary report is known to have some errors (it is being retired eventually). Instead of using that report, instead start with Create Transaction Report. It is not only more flexible, but will also hopefully solve whatever your issue is.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s5
