Error in Cloud Sync

I am receiving the error: The Desktop transaction in 'Account xxxxxxx' on 03/05/2020 for $xxx.xx was not synced. Illegal Operation: (0). The repair section is blank, how do I resolve this? I have seen a few things on the web but none were viable.

    I just deleted the offending downloaded transaction and re-entered it and the error has gone away.

    Hi @herrinchris,

    Thanks for posting to our Community.

    You can reset your Cloud Data by going to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts

    You should see these options towards the bottom of the window:



    Click Reset your cloud data.

    Make sure the "No, just reset my Cloud data" option is checked on the next window:


    Lastly, type "yes" into the box provided.

    This will allow you to start with a fresh copy of your existing data without losing any information.

    I just did that and it showed erasing cloud data and then re-syncing everything. When it finished the sync the same error popped up.
