not recognizing income

I have income deposited monthly from an annuity to a second checking account. This income is not picked up in my budget actuals nor does it show anywhere in my budget accounts.

Is this transaction represented as a transfer in Quicken? (I.e., you are moving the $ from your annuity account to the checking account)

If so, budgets won't show transfer transactions. If this is not the case, please respond back.

Thank you, they are entered as transfers. I will recreate them as paychecks as the annuity really doesn’t maintain a balance in my Quicken.
