    What version, year, release and edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) of Quicken do you currently have installed?
    What Windows version are you running? 7, 8.1, 10, Other?
    What new Quicken version and edition level did you purchase?
    What exactly are you trying to do and where do you get stuck?
