seems that unlinking your cap one account (in cap one) from quicken is the solution. follow this quicken instruction to unlink. https://www.quicken.com/support/how-remove-authorization-capital-one-account-download-quicken
then just re-authorize (re-link).

POS Quicken hasn't played well with Cap One since a 3 hour chat got it to work for 1 day in 2017. Now payments to Cap One from my back don't even post in the register. Still won't update, still can't import QIF. I need to drop Quicken or Cap One.0
