Quicken Premier 2020 download from Amazon

I purchased Quicken Premier 2020 download from Amazon, with promise of 14 months subscription. Why do I get messages my support is expiring? Was using Quicken Premier 2019 (on disc) on Windows 7 computer, but couldn't transfer to my new Win10 computer that has no disc drive, so settled on download purchase.

If you were using Quicken 2019 (aka Quicken 2020 aka Quicken subscription), you could have installed Quicken on the new PC by downloading and opening:
https://download.quicken.com/windows/Quicken.exe
To extend the current subscription with the subscription you purchased from Amazon.com, I suggest you select
Help > Enter Activation Code...
