Price per share on a specific investment - TD Tactical Monthly Income Fund

I am invested in TD Tactical Monthly Income Fund (TDB2581). The actual share price and downloaded share price are vastly different. Can anyone explain the problem?

    I'm guessing this is not a normal traded fund -
    so not sure of the different sources for the security symbol lookup -
