How do I perform a split transfer from one account to an outside account?

:s I am trying to transfer funds from one bank account to an outside bank account that includes a transaction fee.

    Hi @wvan1894,

    Could you provide a little more info?  By "outside bank account" do you mean an account that is not being tracked in Quicken?  If so, is there the expectation that you will be getting the funds back some time in the future, or is this basically an expense?
