What data are you actually trying save with the csv file? You can't convert/save your Quicken data file in a csv format.
If you provide additional information on what you are trying to do, we can probbly help you better.

I am trying to convert to Quickbooks Online. It says that I need to import a .CVS file

It seems like this might be a less complicated than converting a QDF file to a csv file.
