I have a new computer and bought updated Quicken program but now I can't add to Quicken Bill Pay

If you upgraded from Quicken 2017, your existing
Quicken Bill Pay
account will not work within Quicken. If you had upgraded earlier, you could have created a new
Quicken Bill Pay
account as described
here
. However,
Metavante Payment Services
have decided to terminate their
Quicken Bill Payment
service on May 31, 2020:

If you want to continue to schedule payment of your bills, there are over 500 financial institutions that support the online payment service from within Quicken using the
Direct Connect
connection method.
