How to move Quicken data from old Mac to new MacBook

I purchased a new MacBook Air and downloaded most recent version of Quicken. However, I utilize Quicken on my old Mac and have not entered anything on the new computer. Not sure how to get started as my data is on the old computer. Thanks. Brian
