Transactions marked as reconciled as soon as entered or accepted from download

I have dozens of accounts.
But since last 4 months or so, and for only one of my credit card accounts, whenever I accept downloaded transactions or manually enter a new txn, Quicken will mark the txn with (R) as reconciled immediately.
I have no clue how I activated this behavior, but it won't stop.
How do I fix this?
I'm using Quicken for Windows 2020, R25.18 build 27.1.25.18
