santander bank

anyone having issues connecting to santander bank? I've been contacting quicken all week. now the rep yesterday had me disconnect all my accounts and now I can't even set them up again. these accts are both used for personal and business so this is not good news. It says "unable to connect to santander, not your fault." anyone experience this? HELPPPPP!!!!

    You categorized this issue as a problem with using the Quicken on the Web app.
    AFAIK, your primary connection to the bank should be through the Quicken for Windows or Quicken for Mac program on your desktop / laptop.
    Which of these are you using?
    Which version, year, release and edition level are you using?

    During One Step Update from Quicken on your desktop / laptop, if you get error CC-501, CC-510 or CC-511 for all of your Express Web Connect - connected accounts from several banks while other bank accounts using Direct Connect or Web Connect work OK ...

    • Please do not use any "Reset CC Credentials" instructions found here in the Community or any other methods to correct online banking errors. 
    • Instead, please call Support on the phone (Chat can't help).
      Phone Support has access to a tool that can "reset" the User profile internally on the server.

    So I downloaded quicken 2020 today for windows and the connection is not happening between quicken and santander. it says "quicken unable to connect to santander bank. Not your fault" The rep for quicken yesterday had me (even tho i was hesitant to do so) disconnect my accounts from santander and now it won't even let me reconnect them.

    New software doesn't help if, as I assume,  the problem is on the Quicken EWC aggregation server. Let Support take a look at the situation and help you fix it.
