Getting Account Reset Failed for Elan Financial Services

When I try to reset my account for Elan Financial Services it takes me through the whole process, including two secret questions. Eventually I get this message:

Account Reset Failed
Quicken could not complete the account reset.
This could be caused by a temporary problem connecting with your financial institution or an incorrect password. Please try again.
If you get this message after multiple attempts, please wait for a few days and try again or contact Quicken Customer Support.

This account worked fine up until recently.

    I wound up having to reset the account to get past this error. The problem is that it comes back fairly often. This is an effective temporary workaround, though.
