Transactions hidden on car loan - Will not update with payment activity

I added a car loan a couple months ago. I now have the red flag by account showing that I have transactions but I cannot see or accept them. The overall account balance is not changing as well.
Anyone have any ideas of what I need to do to correct this?

I went through the steps and it resolved the issue. The edit screen for the account looked different which I assume is due to the post being a little older than the latest version of the software.
