My Deluxe 2017 wont install on my computer either. What can I do. The CD is new and in new condition.

Hi @jccooper ,

Make sure that the Firewall is on. Make sure all Anti-Virus Real-Time Scanning is turned off.

Make sure that Auto Play is turned on.

It’s now installed but when I click on I’m upgrading nothing happens

Restart the computer.

Did it installed the Updates for Quicken 2017?
