I am new to the mobile app. How do I enter a receipt into my checkbook?

How do I enter a receipt into my checkbook and I understand that a copy of that receipt can also be saved in quicken. How do I do that as well.

I now understand how to enter a receipt into my checkbook and then sync it to make the entry. What I don't understand is how I save this receipt electronically for the future.
