Hi
I own Quicken 2013, been running on my XP machine for 7 years
just bought a windows 10 64bit machine
downloaded Quicken 2013 and moved my data files over
when I start the program, it asked me to register
I click the to register, it looks like it connects, then goes to a blank webpage thaat cannot be displayed
I have to altF4 to get that to close, then it looks again like it connects and says "saved"
but it still asks me to register whenver I start the program?
how can I fix this

After you install 2013 you need to update it. One of the SuperUsers has posted the update patches for older versions (2000 and newer) of Quicken

To bypass registration, do LEFT SHIFT+CTRL when doing
Tools->One Step Update
